Sunshine Cleaning Service started in 1983 as a part time window cleaning gig. I (Jim Andrews) was working full time in the power plant construction industry. Working four 10 hour days I started cleaning windows as a way to make extra money and also was a waiter at night in a local riverfront restaurant. I soon developed the part time window cleaning business into a full time operation adding pressure washing. We now provide window cleaning, pressure washing and Soft Wash cleaning to any exterior area, specializing in roof cleaning for residential and commercial clients.
We work in the NÉ Florida area, Palatka, Florida being our home but will work anywhere within an hours drive. After 38 years we regularly win the “Best Of” in our area and look forward to many more years of “Keeping The First Coast Clean!”
