Key City Window Cleaning – A Family Tradition

Key City Window Cleaning was established in 1923 in Dubuque, Iowa.

Joseph B Willis was the first owner, and it quickly grew into a family business from there.

Bob Willis (Joe’s son) purchased the company, and he, his wife Ruth, and their eight children got to work. Ruth was the secretary of the business while raising their eight children.

Bob developed a true passion for drag racing and antique cars as the years went on.
Two of Bob’s sons then bought the company, Jerry Willis and his brother, who worked together for many years. Jerry‘s wife Linda ran the office as the secretary, dispatching multiple employees daily.

Later, Jerry purchased Key City Window Cleaning to enjoy the business with his son Jason Willis, the current owner.

Jason and Jerry reminisce about past memories of their father/grandfather and employees.
